Ms. Miles's well-written stories are resplendent with setbacks, confusion, crime, and the ability to face whatever can happen. Exciting from beginning to end, it will keep readers laughing and racing to discover how it all works out! I love this series and am already looking forward to the next book.

So many books based on the South do not truly represent Southerners. It seems most writers have a stereotypical view. This writer is authentically Southern, and her writing style is excellent. The conversations and expressions seem like real people conversing. The mystery is interesting and unusual and not easy to figure out. It was an entertaining and good read. I hope the author has more mysteries waiting to hit the pages of another book!
Oh my gosh! I loved these books! There were quirky interesting characters with a fast-paced stories and unpredictable endings! Lordy! A wonderful Southern mystery with lots of twists and turns, murder and mayhem. A real page-turner and a must-must-read!
